Edward Paxman Brandard (1819-1898) was a British painter of architectural monuments, engraver, etcher, steel engraver and illustrator. He was a brother of Robert and John Brandard.
James David Smillie (1833-1909) was an American artist, cofounder of the American Watercolor Society and New York Etching Club. His brother was painter George Henry Smillie.
In good condition, some general scattered soiling and foxing in the margin edges.
