Jacques Étienne Pannier was a French engraver with and etcher and also a pastel painter, born in Paris, 1802 and died there in 1869.
Lizinska de Mirbel (1796-1849) was a French painter of miniature portraits. She was very fashionable among the aristocracy of Paris during the Bourbon Restoration and the July Monarchy.
In very good condition, a few faint lines left of the image. Left margin uneven.
