Bust-length portrait of Philip de Montmorency, Count of Horn.
Etching and engraving on hand laid paper, sheet size 132 x 82 mm.
With the annotation 'fol. 438' printed in the top left corner, this is very probably a book illustration. We have not been able to establish which book. We estimate this print was made around the middle of the seventeenth century.
In good condition, cropped within platemark and attached to a carrier by all four corners. Discolouration from glue in the corners.
