Etching on wove paper, sheet size 183 x 248 mm., platemark 119 x 162 mm. Signed by the artist in the plate, as well as in pencil in the lower right margin (J.G. Gerstenhauer). Made c. 1873-1931.
Johan Georg Gerstenhauer Zimmerman (Amsterdam 1858-1931 Utrecht) was a Dutch painter, draughtsperson and illustrator from a family of artists.
In excellent condition, in matting.
