Lithograph on wove paper, sheet size 233 x 304 mm. Made by Franciscus Kierdorff after the design of Steijaert fils (probably Anton Pierre Steyaert), published in Ghent, c. 1827.
Franciscus Mattheus Jozef Kierdorff (Trier 1777-1855 The Hague) was a German-born lithographer and printmaker. He founded a lithographic printing firm in Ghent in 1826.
In very good condition, the sheet edges minimally browned, and some faint creasing in the top left corner.
