F. de Bruyn (-1940) who was active as koerier van het Nederlandsch Gezantschap on behalf of the Netherlands government in Belgium during the First World War. Extremely scarce eyewitness story of the workings of the war in Belgium and the position of the Netherlands as a neutral country. According to worldcat (2023) not in KB, nor in any other library.
