Etching on laid paper, made by Roelant Roghman, originally published by Jeremias Wolff, and later (as in this case) by his descendant J.M. Probst, c. 1700. Sheet size 168 x 130 mm.
Roelant Roghman (Amsterdam 1627 – 1692 Amsterdam) was a Dutch painter and gifted printmaker. He made many etchings of castles and manors in Holland and Utrecht, as well as views of cities.
In very good condition, cropped within the platemark.
