Mother stands with a child in her arms. That child points to the distance, just as the older child standing beside the mother, holding on to mother's apron.
Etching on hand laid paper, sheet size 93 x 130 mm., platemark 83x 112 mm., made by Pieter de Mare (Leiden 1758-1796 Leiden) after Christina Chalon (Amsterdam 1749-1808 Hazerswoude).
