In the right foreground a number of resting and standing cows near a pollard willow. In the background, to the right, Dordrecht, with sailing vessels on the Merwede or Oude Maas.
Etching on hand laid paper, sheet size 274 x 215 mm., platemark 240 x 182 mm., etching by Carel Frederik Bendorp (I) after own design, and dated 1772. This print bears the number 1, from an unknown series.
In good condition, quite some soiling in the margins, but the image generally clean. Nice impression.
