Two figures near a rock in a pond. The woman is washing clothes. On the rock the title: ‘Suite de dix paysages’.
Etching with plate tone on hand laid paper, sheet size 250 x 185 mm., platemark 245 x 181 mm., etching by Jean Jacques de Boissieu (1736-1810) after his own design. The series was published in Paris by Pierre François Basan (1723-1797).
In very good condition, margins cropped close to the platemark, a small crease in the margin, a horizontal crease in the top edge of the image.
