19th wax seal as used on the correspondence by Gerard van Neck Esquire ('s-Gravenhage, 1692 – Putney, 1750) who was an influential Dutch-British banker and merchant and Joshua Vanneck, 1st Baronet of Putney ('s-Gravenhage, 1702 – Putney, 6 maart 1777) who also was an influential Dutch-British merchant and banker and the owner of Heveningham Hall.
