Set with 11 of 12 allegories of the twelve months (lacks February) by Etienne Delaune, who according to Hind was '… one of the finest of all ornament engravers'. Each print is also sold separately according to availability. The suite of 12 plates was entitled 'Première Suite des Mois de l'Année' and was published before 1566. Very fine and detailed engravings.
