Both first edition.Two books by high ranked officiers in the Dutch army during the Aceh (Atjeh) War in Indonesia, showing an intense conflict of opinion. 'Generaal van Swieten' is a with a very large coloured folded map showing the battlefield in Aceh. Has a tear in the left corner, through the legenda. Rare set of two rare books.
