In the front and in the back several blank pages bound together with 11 pages with notes in cont. handwriting, amongst which 12 prescriptions against after-effects and notes from 1658 stating that the book is the property of “onse suster Heijnderijckijen Claes Jans dochter, wonende aen de Odijker steegh’, signed in The Hague by “mijn Frederick Jaenen, sieckentrooster in ’s Gravenhage en Maria Klaes Jans dochter, mijne huijsvrouwe’.
